Repeat prescriptions may be ordered in a number of ways:-
- Contact the surgery by phone on 01670 513657, then select option 2 Monday-Friday between 9:00-11:00 and 14.30-16.30.
- Leave a voicemail 24/7. Please leave Full Name, date of birth, Tel No and the medication you require.
- You can also order Repeat Medication over the internet from home – ask at reception about registering for Online Access
** PLEASE ALLOW TWO FULL WORKING DAYS FOR REPEAT MEDICATION REQUESTS TO BE PROCESSED – FOR MEDICATION WHICH IS NOT A REGULAR REPEAT PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 5 WORKING DAYS**
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If you are require a medication review you will be asked to make an appointment.
