The surgery has updated the means by which we deal with urine infections. If you suspect you have a urine infection, please call the surgery to arrange a same day telephone appointment with a practice nurse. You may also submit a econsultation from our website regarding a urine infection, though it may take 48 hours to get a response from a clinician.
Once you have had a consultation with a practice nurse, you may be asked to bring in a urine sample. Please note, you will no longer be able to drop a urine sample in to the surgery without this being requested by a clinician. If a sample is handed in without this initial consultation, this sample may not be tested.
